How do I know if I’m eligible for a DFDS Reward Card?

Any customers who book an eligible ferry crossing between the dates stated in point 5 of the terms and conditions will be eligible for a DFDS Reward Card. Eligible ferry crossings are: Dover-Calais/Calais-Dover, Dover-Dunkirk/Dunkirk-Dover. Cards may only be issued to customers that are aged 18 or over, registered residents of the United Kingdom and will be sent to UK addresses only.

 

How do I claim my DFDS Reward Card?

After you have fully completed your outward journey, you will receive an email within 10 working days, inviting you to claim for your DFDS Reward Card. You will be directed to the claim page where you will be asked to input the PIN from the email we sent you. You will then be taken to an online form where you will confirm your personal details to complete your claim.

 

How long do I have to claim my DFDS Reward Card?

Customers eligible for the DFDS Reward Card must make their online claim before midnight on the Claim Deadline, as stated in point 5 of the terms and conditions. After this time you will no longer qualify.

 

If I don’t receive my claim email, who do I contact?

If you haven’t received your invitation to claim via email within 10 working days of your outward journey, please contact 0344 381 9463^ or email queries@dfdsrewards.com.

 

I am having trouble with the claim process on the website, who do I contact?

If you are experiencing technical issues with the claim site, please contact 0344 381 9463^ or email queries@dfdsrewards.com. Please note, this team can assist with the claim process only, they are not able to help regarding your eligibility for the offer.

 

How will I receive my DFDS Reward Card?

Your DFDS Reward Card will be sent to you in the post to the address you provide on your claim form. Address details cannot be changed once your claim has been made. DFDS Reward Cards are not transferrable for ecodes or cash.

 

When will I receive my DFDS Reward Card?

Provided you have claimed online, we aim to get your DFDS Reward Card to you via post within 10 working days.

 

If I don’t receive my DFDS Reward Card who do I contact?

If you have claimed online and your DFDS Reward Card hasn’t arrived within 10 working days please contact our customer service team on 0344 800 6435^ or email info@purecard.com.

 

Can my DFDS Reward Card be sent to a different address?

Your DFDS Reward Card can only be sent to the address details that you confirmed as part of the card claim process.

 

Can I use my DFDS Reward Card straight away?

Once your DFDS Reward Card arrives, you will be asked to activate your card in order to use it. Please visit www.purecard.com to activate your card and retrieve your PIN. Please note no value will be on your card until it is activated.

 

I am having trouble activating my DFDS Reward Card, who can I contact?

Please visit www.purecard.com for guidance on activating and spending your DFDS Reward Card. Please note, this website is only for information relating to your card, rather than the claim process or your eligibility for the offer.

 

How long is my DFDS Reward Card valid for?

When your DFDS Reward Card arrives, it will have an expiry date printed on the front of it. Each card is valid for 12 months from date of issuance.

 

What happens if I don't spend the funds before my DFDS Reward Card expires?

The funds on your DFDS Reward Card are available for up to 12 months (please see the expiry date on the card). Once the card expires, any remaining funds will no longer be available.

 

Can I top up my DFDS Reward Card to add more funds?

No, your DFDS Reward Card cannot be topped up.

 

Where can I spend my DFDS Reward Card?

Your DFDS Reward Card can be spent in most places that accept Mastercard®.
